This workshop is designed to help you to improve your chances of success at assessment centres. You will learn why they are so widely used as a means of recruitment, what employers are looking for and what sort of criteria they use in the evaluation process. We will take a look at what's involved in a typical assessment centre and cover a wide range of techniques that are often used. You will also be provided with advice and guidance on how best to prepare for and present yourself in order to improve your chances of success.
